Returns & Refunds

Because the Howdy Kit includes food items, we don’t typically accept returns.

That said, if your kit arrives unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you can reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll let you know if we can approve a return on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@moontowersupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Return approvals (if applicable)
If a return is approved:

• The kit must be unopened and unused

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless it’s our mistake or damage)

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
